Kate Van Suddese

Kate is a graduate of Sunderland University. Although Kate Van Suddese is from the North East of England she feels her spiritual home is in East Lothian and returns time and time again to paint the area.

Kate is continually trying to capture the drama and light embodied in the physical presence of the sea and its relationship to the land and sky. Her paintings "Sea Senses" are fine examples of her ability to portray this drama on canvas.

Kate exhibits in galleries in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Stow-On-The-Wold.
