Rosanne Erskine

Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Rosanne is now living and working in Edinburgh. She graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Sculpture.

She has spent many years as a recording artist, vocalist, composer and performer and the visual aspect is always an important and integral consideration where she uses sound and voice to create pictorial, physical and emotional atmospheres moving within a musical landscape.

Music, sound, atmosphere and landscape remain central to her visual practice within which she responds to and explores these elements in mixed media through sculpture, painting and drawing.

She exhibits both in the UK and Internationally.
